Apricot Chutney gingerbread-style: 51% apricot, cane sugar, 21% honey, red wine vinegar, salt, 0.36% spices, cinnamon, cumin, ginger powder, aniseed, nutmeg, cloves, pepper, gelling agent: fruit pectin. 

Fig Chutney: 50% fig, cane sugar, concentrated lemon juice, gelling agent: fruit pectin.

Mango Curcuma Chutney: 70% mango, cane sugar, cider, salt, gelling agent: fruit pectin, turmeric.
