A new design 'La Folie'!

Combier distillery is the oldest in activity in the Loire Valley. Founded in 1834, it has remained anchored ever since on the same plot in the heart of Saumur. From the start, the distillery took full advantage of its position deep in the « Garden of France » to source local produce: fruit, flowers and medicinal plants. More exotic ingredients: spices and citrus fruits would have arrived on traditional boats from the Atlantic port of Nantes.

Hand-turned in vintage copper basins, our syrups are the result of a rigorous selection of raw materials to obtain syrups of very high quality.

All the syrups are made with beet sugar and with a minimum of 10% fruit in each bottle which gives them an intense concentration. You just need a small amount to get a highly flavored drink. Preferably keep them in the fridge once opened to keep their intensity and freshness.

Orgeat: With its notes of almonds, orgeat is a sweet and sweet fragrance. We recommend it with still or sparkling water but also in a pastis to make a Moorish.

Grenadine: A good balance of red fruits for a classic but still delicious fragrance. A basic to enjoy with still or sparkling water, in yogurt or with aniseed aperitifs!

Lime: Made from lemon juice, the lime syrup is particularly refreshing. A delicious syrup to use according to your desires: classic (still water, sparkling water, lemonade), in cocktails or in pastry.

Rose: A delicious syrup with an intense aroma to be used according to your desires: classic (still or sparkling water), in a fruit salad or in your oriental pastries, the creations are endless!

Elderflower: Made from natural flavours, this Elderflower syrup will transport you to the countryside, with flowers lining the roads! Enjoy simply with water, bubbles, or gin.

Cherry: Made from cherry juice, you will find in this syrup the crunchiness of the fruit: the black cherry, very ripe, which bursts in the mouth to release its delicious flavors.

Peach:  A perfume of ripe peach, intense, this syrup made from peach juice, will revive young and old. Simple but simply delicious with water, or in an exotic cocktail with rum.

Raspberry: Made from raspberry juice with the good taste of slightly jammy fresh raspberries, this syrup is one of the essentials that will delight young and old children, with water or with desserts.

Blackcurrant: Made from blackcurrant juice, this syrup respects the fruit in all its splendor: fruity with a touch of acidity! A delicious syrup to use as you wish: still water or sparkling water, in a cocktail or in a fruit salad ...

Grapefruit: With its fresh and intense notes of pink grapefruit and a touch of bitterness at the end of the tasting, this syrup will go very well with water, fresh lemonade, or even rosé.
