Corsiglia's glazed-candied chestnuts 'Marrons Glacés' are unique! Indeed, they are wrapped in pairs in muslin in order not to absorb too much sugar while soaking in a delicate syrup with a touch of Bourbon-Madagascar vanilla.  In the final preparation, they are removed from the syrup, drained, dried, and wrapped individually in gold foil.

Did you know that marrons glacés are natural products, free of additives and preservatives? They need to be kept head down in a flat position in the fridge. Before enjoying them at room temperature, unwrap them and turn them over on their tray. And remember to open them with your fingers to get the best of them!

Note that they are vacuum-packed in the three prestigious gift boxes with Corsiglia's signature as well as in the vacuum sealed platter so that they keep fresh much longer as long as the pack is not opened. Once opened, they will have to be stored in the fridge.
